CORRIM Warranty

CORRIM Company is proud to offer the best warranty in the industry.  Testing confirms that our assembled construction with pultruded FRP profiles produce the strongest, most durable, corrosion immune door and frame system on the market. 

Other manufacturers list in their written warranty that their doors are covered from "failure" due to corrosion.  Some go even further to say "failure due to corrosion from the specific chemical named at the job site at the time of order" for their warranty to be valid.  Think about that for a moment.  It would take a tremendous amount of rust to cause a door to fail. 

At CORRIM the word "failure" does not appear in our warranty.  Listing the specific chemical at the jobsite?  Nope, not there either. 

CORRIM FRP doors and FRP frames have a LIFETIME warranty against corrosion.  Period.  In addition we offer a 10 year warranty for materials and workmanship.

Limited Warranty*

CORRIM Company warrants all of its doors and frames to be of superior material and workmanship and to be free of defects which would render said doors unserviceable or unfit for their ordinary, recommended use for the designated time periods.  CORRIM and industry standards are excluded from this warranty.

If a claim for defective merchandise is found by CORRIM Company to be valid within the meaning of this warranty, CORRIM Company will, at its option, either (1) repair it, or (2) replace it with an identical unit, or (3) refund the purchase price. 

Any CORRIM Company manufactured product discovered and claimed to be defective within the meaning of this warranty prior to installation must first be checked by an authorized representative of the CORRIM Company, following receipt by CORRIM Company of notice of the claim.

Except as to finish, if any door is discovered or claimed to be defective after installation and after an inspection by an authorized company representative, CORRIM Company agrees in addition to the remedies set forth above, to pay reasonable expenses for removing, rehanging and refinishing the defective doors.  Such removal, rehanging and refinishing shall be performed only with the express written approval of a CORRIM Company representative and only after the cost of such work has been determined.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the defect for which the door or frame is being rejected was reasonably visible and apparent prior to hanging, CORRIM Company shall not be responsible for such costs of removing, rehanging and refinishing of subject doors.
